Terms and conditions
Price
The agreed price is inclusive of a maximum of 60 of waiting minutes at the airport or 30 minutes at the train station.
Payment
At the time we receive your booking request, we will verify the availability, and send you an e-mail in which we invite you to make a deposit of 25% of the total amount that can be made through our Paypal account with the addition of a commission from 3,5 % to 5,5 % (It depends on your country)
The balance will be paid in Italy, directly to the driver at the end of the service, in cash and in euro.
Cancellation
- cancellations made 15 days before the reservation date, the penalty will not be applied;
- cancellations made between 15 days and 7 days before the date of service, will be charged a 50 euro penalty;
- cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the date of service, will be charged 25% of the agreed fees as a penalty;
- cancellations made less than 48 hours from the date of service will be charged the full payment amount as penalty;
Cancellations must be made through e-mail and be subsequently confirmed.
Refunds
All refunds will be made by bank transfer.
Responsibility
Tuscany Tours is not responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions, traffic accidents, traffic conditions or other major forces which are beyond our control.
Tuscany Tours is not responsible for theft or damage of any item belonging to passengers traveling in our vehicle.
Insurance
The vehicles are insured as required by Italian law.
Smoke
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Alcohol and food
The consumption of alcohol and food inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited, unless authorized in advance by the driver.
